Research Awarness Campaign
The Young Researchers Development Program (YRDP) is a dedicated initiative by the Top Scholar Society of Bangladesh (TSSB) and sponsored by the International Online Journal Hub (IOJH). Our mission emerged from alarming findings in our nationwide study:
Students eager to engage in research but lacking proper guidance and mentorship
Universities with willingness but without structured research programs
Bright ideas lost due to financial constraints and inability to afford research costs
Young minds unable to transform hypotheses into published work
Students from universities across Bangladesh will be chosen according to their research interests and level of commitment
Students grouped into teams of 10-15 members each, fostering collaborative research
Combination of online sessions and in-person workshops at IOJH headquarters
Teams work on research addressing pressing national issues in Bangladesh
All research published in SSB journals with exceptional work submitted to high-impact international journals
Each research team will be mentored by renowned researchers who will guide students through every step—from topic selection to final publication. Additional mentors include Dr. Aftab Uddin, Prof. Dr. Golam Hossain, Dr. Md. Iqbal Hossain, and Prof. Md Khorshed Ali Miah.

YRDP is envisioned as an annual programme that will create a sustainable model for academic development in Bangladesh. Its success will pave the way for integration of research training into university curriculums, increased publication of Bangladeshi research in international journals, and potential collaborations with government bodies, NGOs, and international institutions.
